  3. Okay the first thing I noticed about his life. Is that he lived in Baltimore, judging from what I learned in the video and this article is that somewhere between his trip to the military academy and his graduation from there he had a dramatic epiphany about his life and wishes too aim his vision to everyone else. In all the first is that as kind as he is now, what made him change his perspective of the world. The second thing that fascinates me is his motive to change others as he did himself.

He made something of himself by becoming a Rhode Scholar. Wes Moore founded the organization STAND! which works with youth. He not only made something of himself, but he has decided to share his wisdom and experience with many kids and teens and show them that anything is possible no matter where you are from.

  36. I found that he was a Commissioned officer from Valley Forge military college,and Phi Beta Kappa from Johns Hopkins University in 2001, he played football and earned a bachelors degree. I found this very fascinating because he played football and made a book and not to many people would do that. I also think its cool that he got serve in the White House as a Secretary.

Everything that Mr. Moore has accomplished is fascinating to me, but the fact that he was raised by a single mother who struggled academically, and behaviorally is just living proof that giving up is never the answer. I'm more than sure his mother is a proud momma. Another very fascinating thing is how much he gives back to the community, he helps parents, teachers and advocates, plus part of the proceeds from his book are donated.

  95. he graduated Phi Betta Kappa. i thought that was a ferternity that you pledge in College. i thought that was real fascinating. and the other fascinating thing is that he is dedicated to help everyone who is helping young people grow into young men and women in the future. that will take our generation a long way in life.

  97. The main thing that stood out to me about him, is that he was comitted to helping others. no matter what he did, he wanted to make a change somewhere. & I admire that. I also admire that the army was the thing that changed him.
